One thing is absolutely certain - change is a daily fact of life. Coaching for leadership, change and developing strong teams is a proven and effective way to make sustainable progress. Based on my personal life and work experience, I have an unshakable belief in everyone's capacity to grow and progress, given the space and support.
Coaching is about you : Understanding your internal and external factors and systems, and how they affect you.
It's about finding insight, developing inner resources and tools to move forward, make progress and understand yourself and the teams and systems you work in.
As a coach, I work in a partnership with you, supportive, questioning and challenging - but always in a safe space and with clear parameters.
Sessions are online with Zoom or via Skype and scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes to be most convenient.
Face to Face and team sessions can be arranged.
Coaching is about deepening your understanding of yourself - your strengths, your style, your values, your tactics, who you are, how you interact with people. Its about finding insight and making changes; in your job, your habits, your attitudes and interactions, or in how you lead well.
I have extensive experience of working with creative people and teams, in demanding and changing environments as well as in senior management and leadership roles. My coaching clients tend to come from high purpose organisations.
