I work with leaders across the private, public, and social sectors — from Fortune 500 executives to charity directors, in roles from CEO's to entry-level leaders, and those navigating career change or returning to work.  In training I have worked with broadcasters and independent media companies across the UK.

Living  through change & challenge with clarity, confidence & impact, requires us to know ourselves, test our assumptions, liberate new thinking,  help others grow and  be curious.  In  a time of accelerated  technical change in all walks of lfe, we can learn to be more human!     

I believe finding purpose provides a scaffold of clarity for strong human leadership, no matter the sector. 

I  coach with a mix of support and challenge and love seeing client thrive and be happier. Leaders say it helps them be self-aware, confident, empowering, and resilient - and is “transformative” and “invaluable during transitions.”

I  hold International credentials in coaching from the major global bodies - ICF PCC and EMCC ITCA (team coaching) and am bound by their codes of ethics. I undertake regular supervision, continuous professional development, and offer mentoring to other coaches. I am registered with the UK Information Commissioners Office. I believe if I cannot  coach others if I do not continuously learn myself.
